Currently staying at this hotel and whilst everything up until this point was fine, breakfast was a different story. The waitress with the long brown curly hair needs some training. She does not acknowledge guests when they sit at the table. She will not look at you while you’re waiting 10 minutes to even be welcomed or asked what you need. When I raised my hand to ask for a tea she mumbled she would get it. She took one tables order for breakfast including menemen - which was what I was also going to order- she called the kitchen to put in their order - so I also asked that she add a 3rd menemen to the order- she then shouted at me and told me to “sakin ol” which means calm down, I was astonished. I only asked her in a quiet voice to please add my order. The other guests heard the exchange and looked at me with an odd look like what is she doing. I am completely shocked at this behavior towards guests and unfortunately it will be my last stay here.

We stayed 3 nights in ada suit hotel, staff are very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the neighborhood is close to everything. There are 2 things they have to improve, one is shampoo locker, they had locked shampoo jar and hardly you could use it because pump doesn’t work completely and the other thing is breakfast set up is very slow and you don’t feel comfortable while that two people constantly working to prepare breakfast for every table. Tea always coming late and the quality of vegetables wasn’t good. Other than that two points we had fairly relaxing time at Ada suit nisantasi.

I spent a night at the hotel, and what an amazing place to stay it is! The room, it was a penthouse, was extremely clean, quiet and cozy, the bed was very comfortable and the view was wonderful. They also serve great breakfast. But the best thing about the hotel is the staff—unfailingly friendly and helpful. The only bad thing was that I couldn’t stay longer. One of the best hotels I’ve ever been.

The hotel was lovely and so were the rooms, very modern and clean with all amenities Location was good ,lots of cafes and bars around , however the area is not a touristic area, but certainly if you choose this hotel there would be a reason why……as I had my reasons The staff and service was absolutely amazing and so was the breakfast I had a good stay Thank you all for making our stay pleasurable
